A screenshot from the video showing Erin Andrews naked in her Marriott hotel room. The video is low quality, but that's because it's one of those awesome illegal voyeur videos some guy shot by drilling a peephole in his adjoining hotel room into Erin Andrew's room while she's curling her hair naked and doing squatting exercises. Why would anyone commit suicide with news like that? This and the ShamWow guy beating up a hooker are the only things that keep me going.

By Reuven Fenton and Danika Fears. February 25, pm Updated March 2, am. Andrews, 37, wept as Jansen described the adult websites the video has made its way onto — and walked out of court with tears in her eyes a couple of minutes before jurors watched the footage. Andrews is suing the owner and manager of the Nashville Marriott where she was staying when Barrett doctored a peephole on her door, allowing him to surreptitiously film the nude video. Her New York-based therapist also testified Thursday, revealing Andrews worried how prospective beaus would handle her past.
Andrews sued the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University over a video of her that was taken by a stalker in an adjoining room and posted on the Internet in He said he would consult with his clients - the hotel owners and its former operators - on whether they would appeal. Their outreach has helped me be able to stand up and hold accountable those whose job it is to protect everyone's safety, security and privacy," Andrews said in a brief statement on her Twitter feed. Andrews testified for two days during the trial, saying that since the video was seen by millions of people, she experienced serious mental injury, including depression, crying spells and sleeplessness. The video was taken by Michael David Barrett, who pleaded guilty in to stalking Andrews and making the video. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison. Barrett asked the hotel to put him in a room next to Andrews' after an employee confirmed to him that she was staying there on a certain date.
